A hello thread!

Well, since the site is new, let's get to know each other! I'd love to know who I'm posting with.

I'm Serif, or Jasper, or M.S., or whatever you want to call me. Jasper works just fine. I'm twenty four, I've been role playing for over eight years, most of that spent in the Harry Potter world. I stopped Potter for a few years and did mostly High School for a while. But I missed the magic and came back.

I love tea, music, and writing. I have a limited amount of playing ability in the ocarina, ukelele, guitar, and violin. I don't play any of them beyond half a song, but I'm trying to become more serious in the violin. Any suggestions from other violin players are very very welcome.

I'm a writer, focusing on short stories at the moment with a novel series in the works as well. I make costumes, I work in a theater as an assistant lighting designer and head deck crew. I also work at a baseball stadium. I live in Southern California, and tend to be online from four in the afternoon to one in the morning Pacific time.

I look forward to getting to know all of you and make a few friends! So far the site feels very friendly, something I've missed from role playing.

Okay so I am Valerie aka ValVal. I live in Georgia. I was raised in the country then move to the city but I may be moving back to the country. Hate the darn city. I go to West Georgia Technical College. I am working on getting my Associate Degree in Business Management. I love History. I also love Stargate, Star Trek, Star Wars, and anything else that is science fiction or fantasy. Love the Pendragon series. I love Twilight and House of Night. Anything with vampires and i am there. I actually started rplying after I read the House of Night first book and I found the House of Night forum and they had like little rplying then after a month i found a harry potter rp site then an NCIS rp site. I love NCIS DiNozzo fav charrie. I love country music. I play guitar, clairnet, drums, saxaphone, piano, trumpet, flute, piccolo, and the harmanica. I write my own songs and poems. Here are a few examples:

Misery is having looked up to someone and then find out they do not love you

Hitting and screaming at you
Misery is always giving him the benefit of the doubt and then come to find that he has done the same thing to all of his other children before you and will do it after you

What is love? Is it a legend?
Is it real? Is it something that is only in fairytales?
I look out my window while i Review
my memories of him...the good and the
bad! I sit waiting for a sign or anything
to let me know he's here! in me! he's apart
of me! he's the other half to my heart, he's
part that makes me whole! He's my light and
inspiration!


When he touches me a chill goes down my
back. when he smiles i fell Protected!
When I look into his eyes theres nowhere
id rather be than rite there beside him!
When he holds me in his arms i melt! His
always on my mind! He's a dream come true!

I fell in love...love! What is love? its's something
you fell inside of yooh! it's where yooh look
at him and act like yooh havent seen him
in a year when you saw him just the
other day! Its's when you want to be
with someone special for the rest of
your love! I know i might make mistakes
and im not always right but I DO KNOW
this... I am deeply, and insanely in
love with my boyfriend! and he will be mine forever!
(so dont have a bf anymore ehhhh but its an okay poem)
